Most endurance athletes would rather spend time outside than in the gym. I get it. However, we know strength training is beneficial for injury prevention, power development, improving fatigue resistance, fixing imbalances, and correcting poor movement patterns. Long story short - we need to do it!. A stronger runner is a faster (and healthier) runner!
With detailed, easy to follow programs, I’ll make strength training approachable and accessible for all skill and experience levels. Your customized strength training program will be designed with your goals, current training load, and equipment availability in mind. Your program will be structured in 4-8 week cycles with a focus on unilateral strength, stability, an explosive strength. View video tutorials and keep track of progress with our easy-to-use app!
