
Nutrition—especially for athletes—can often feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. My aim is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to confidently fuel your training, races, and daily life for optimal performance and overall wellbeing.
Your personalized nutrition plan will be focused on you and your goals. Through weekly communication, we will analyze current nutrition trends, troubleshoot fueling problems, and set new goals along the way.
Along with day-to-day nutrition guidance, you will also recieve training and racing specific nutrition plans. We’ll take the guesswork out of your fueling plan so you’re confident going into your next hard workout, long run, or race. Say goodbye to GI issues and bonking!
*Because dialing in individualized nutrition takes time, there is a 3 month minimum commitment for nutrition coaching.
